Maybe you misunderstood it. I don't blame you, the joke is a bit subtle. The main thing it covers is the phonetic rhyming relationship between Sneed and Chuck. Now that Sneed owns the shop, the sign reads Sneed's Feed and Seed. But, as the sign also states, the shop was formerly owned by Chuck, and was called Chuck's.
So, when we fill Feed and Seed with what would follow Chuck's, we get the punchline of the joke, which is:
Chuck's Fuck and Suck.
You see, since the sign has three words, a title and two subtitles, Chuck's would naturally need to have words following it, but the sign does not provide the former words, only the former title.
So the audience has to discover the words, with the words being naughty terms relating to intercourse.
