I don't believe I'm even seeing this PSA commercial thing again. I saw this YEARS ago on a fox kids commercial break, it was about some kid getting made fun of and then getting beaten up and killed. I told all my friends about it, but nobody believed

MurdarMachene, you must be thinking of something else. This was a psa from around 1999 about Matthew Shepard (the boy who was murdered for being gay) It had nothing to do with getting beaten up or killed, just Shepard's mom pleading to stop hate crimes.
