If the dutch guy is speaking in dutch, then he does not say "el." In case you haven't learned, that is spanish. What he is saying is "scrotum elefontum," the scientific name for elephantiasis of the scrotum. -2 for poor, poor world view and letting your ignorance show on ytmnd.
