Yep, I figured this out a long time ago, the key is to make your ytmnd on the "up and coming" list around the time when the views of the next day are coming in

and post it on every forum possible, so your ytmnd would be on the top 10 or top 15 around 11pm PST. Once it's there, it will not come down for the rest of the day, the "top viewed" usually stay the same for the day. the system sucks
