How exactly does one hyperlink?

Well this is pretty easy; I guess everyone is just having trouble hyperlinking outside of the site, or hyperlinking their own choice of text.

Which I presume would require code, which I know nothing about.

Or maybe people are just dumb, you know? So often, I just assume that I don't know what I'm talking about and underestimate my self. I ought to go fry me up a Xanga page to draft mediocre poetry about self-esteem issues.

But have you tried hyphenated domains?

Just found out about a band called Man Man. I'm listening to them right now, and they are pretty much blowing my mind.

So I sponsored an excellent site called "Johnny rocks the broom" recently. Over the past half week, it's only managed to accumulate 10 more votes, and the overall score is roughly the same as it was before. So is it really worthwhile to sponsor an underappreciated site? I guess it just depends on the site. That cruddy WHOOMP site is receiving a lot of attention, and I don't see any evidence that it's solely due to the whopping $100 sponsorship. Who knows?

WHOOMP, by the way, was made by one of my frienemies. I did not know that at the time.

.....I still think it's rather cruddy, though.

Which brings up another point. What exactly does it mean to be a friend or an enemy? Is it, like, a statement? Or is it just a way to keep tabs on users one likes? I dunno. I've just been mutual-ing those who have befriended me.

Oddly enough, I've gathered a couple of enemies as well. Which doesn't really bother me, since I don't care for them. SneakyPenguin77, I think, just gets a high from making enemies. And apparently from making poor sites. Which is sad, 'cause I remember when he first joined, and I thought, "well, you aren't much now, but if you learn from your experiences, you might turn out to be a decent contributor here." Then he disappeared, only to reappear a few months later as a very different Penguin. Despite the fact that his stuff is even worse now, it seems that the mere inclusion of pornographic images is enough to gather a few nods of approval around here. The other enemy I have is an alt of an alt, which to me is just ludicrous.

Nowadays, I'm friending users I want to see in green. Most of 'em haven't friended back, lol.

This is my 25th comment here. I wonder what will happen if someone finds all of this? I mean, it will probably happen eventually. For all I know, it could have happened already. So what? Does it really matter? No. File this under W for WEWGAS (thanks, jimmm, for explaining what that means; I never put the pieces together)

Rather than putting effort into leaving nice but constructively critical comments for first-time sites that suck, I will now be using a standard one, since I come into these situations so often.

If you plan on sticking around to make another site, I want to share a bit of quick advice. Do you remember the terms you agreed to before starting work on this site? It would be a very good idea to heed those terms. No, your sites probably won't get deleted, but you will have a greater likelihood at getting downvoted by the YTMND community. The stuff found at chan/gifbin websites and myspace/facebook pictures are the last things we want to see here. So if you do want to stick around, try making something original. I would personally love to see what you can do.

I'm sorta back on YTMND after a month-and-a-half hiatus taken to focus on more important matters. I'm only sorta back because I still have said important matters to tend to. I guess I'm just here to check up on things. Or to procrastinate, be honest.

I found this thing:

<style>a span{display:none;}
a:hover span {display: block;
position:absolute;
top:350px;
left: 350px;
width: 300px;
height: 300px;
padding: 0px;
margin: 10px;
z-index:6;
color:TEXT COLOR HERE;
background-color:transparent;
font-size:50px;
font-family:Arial, text-align:center;}
</style>
<a href="http://URL_OF_SITE_HERE">DISPLAYED LINK TEXT HERE <span>DISPLAYED LINK TEXT HERE</span></a>

...don't know what it does, though
