1)DukeofYork don't be disapointed. This is subconcial plagiarism. Meaning they might have stolen the rythem from Petty. But they didn't look at the song and say "THIS IS GREAT LETS COPY IT". He thought he made up a bassline but he heard it before thats why the notes appeared.
2) If you are trying to show that it is plagiarised. Don't show the words because those parts sound nothing alike
