It's a big video file with lots of frames, so before anybody complains about sync, refresh the file once or twice, minimize your window if needed, and don't move the mouse in front of the screen or do anything that saps your visual memory. It syncs for at least 2 complete runs. More if you have a wicked fast compy and don't disturb the process.
