I just wanted an excuse to upload a good portion of the Ted Stevens quote, he does keep ranting for a few minutes, before they traq him and steal his mike. Then they say he's a basically off his rocker.

Hahaha, yeah Douche, I cought that too, But he did make some good point about internet2 and how maybe the bandwidth that is being used for such services as downloading movies (Another good point about bandwidth(not tubes)) could run across such a system as internet two could be implimented, I don't really know how without running more wires, but they are running fiber-optic wires all the time... Just some thoughts.
