No, vegetarians don't eat fish. Pescatarians eat fish. If someone is eating fish, he isn't a "vegetarian", regardless of what he calls himself. I'm not an astronaut just because I think living on Earth is inhumane. (BTW, I'm totally not a vegetarian; in the last two days I've had prime rib and BBQ pork ribs for dinner; I'm just a left-brain word fetishist.)
