cool, when I first heard about it I went over and looked at yikes.com to see what they did. but I didn't really find anything wrong with it, they did credit ytmnd for creating it, and thats all that is really neccesary

the goal with ebaums wasn't to get the video removed, it was to give credit to the original creator. I have no idea why the mentality has changed to "take it down now!" ever since the lohan incident ended.
