Apple Fails at using Google search
Apple spent 4 years and who knows how much on R&D on making its new iPhone, but it couldn't spend 5 seconds to search "iPhone" on Google first.

Actually they were in negotiations with Cisco to the rights to iPhone but released the product before a deal was made. U FAIL 2.

Infogear's original filing for the trademark dates to March 20, 1996."
