To Have A Site Synced In IE And Firefox, Make Sure The Framerate Is Between 0.08 To 0.1. Any Lower Will Cause IE To Freak. Any Higher, You Need To Make The First Frame 0.08 And Then The Next Frame Whatever (Example: 1.3) .. Thats All The Advice I Can Give.. Oh, And Use Photoshop CS3 And Audition 3, They Are Great!
