there is nothing really nsfw about noise. most people can turn their speakers down enough to circumvent it, in fact I only have my speakers up to 1/4 volume, so I hear a noise site as loud, but don't have to change speakers every 100 YTMNDs. also on the issue of work-safety? I didn't feel like making another "John McCain does something" or "Obama addresses something". Besides, when it's obviously going to be something stupid, people get less offended when it's loud, it seems. Every time I make something with a truly serious title and a loud sound, it gets a rating of about 1.8. When the title makes it obvious it'll be loud, people tend to vote higher because it didn't annoy them. So, while the title seems like laziness, it was really just a tactical decision.
