also, sometimes the preloader cuts the time of your first frame in half causing syncing issues. to fix this, just duplicate the first frame and make it like 0.04 seconds to act as a buffer frame. so the first 2 frames in your gif should be 0.04 sec then 16 sec, and both frames being the same picture.
