It's not hard to have the .gif and .wav/.mp3 loop perfectly nowadays!
When you're uploading your image and sound, you can view the length right there before submission. The .gif is 2.490 and the sound is 2.820. Make the .gif 0.33 seconds longer and you're golden my friend! In fact, if you're so inclined to do so, I could make this edit for you?

because the site frequently cuts off a fraction of a second from the audio. the exact amount varies, but you have to make the audio longer and hope that the cutoff is such that they sync after you upload it
