Howdy folks,
First off I'd like to thank everyone for voting for me on the Snakes on a Plane contest. I seem to be kicking ass. For those of you in the nyc area hit me up as there will likely be spots open at the screening.
Also big ups to Wired Magazine for their recent blurb about YTMND.
YTMND will be having its own contest as well, read more for details.
As many of you know, I recently changed things around so instead of the "site not found :(" message you get a YTMND. Since that time I've gathered quite a few misspelling domains from typosquatters. ytmd.com, ytmmd.com, ytnnd.com, ytmnd.org, ytmnd.net, etc. It's up to you guys to make a YTMND explaining that people who visit these sites have misspelled the name. The site will redirect after around 15 seconds, and the best site will be an automatic HoF entry. Post your entries here for the time being.
This brings me to my next topic, original content. Every day I receive more and more complaints about stolen content ending up on ytmnd. Please guys, if you are going to take the time to upload something you didn't create yourself, find the time to cite the sources, and no "internets" doesn't count.

WIRED Magazine, your cutting-edge finger-on-the-pulse source for 21st Century webculture. Next month's features: "EverQuest vs. Ultima Online: Which is Awesomer ?"... "Tired: Chimpmunk Dance - Expired: Dancing Baby - Wired: All Your Base Are Belong to Us"... and "Hey, Check it Out, We Found Nekkid Lady Pictures, and It Don't Cost Nuthin !"
In my opinion- the site should include , similar to that of the "site not found" site, it should be like an actual YTMND, and therefore include various fads. Lex is easy to add into that. ("Wrong!") Maybe have Sonic giving advice about spelling YTMND... Maybe Cosby would have something to say about the issue. Thats my opinion.

Who'd have guessed thieves are lazy?
Furthermore, if you going to take someone elses work try and at least do something creative with it, for example, picking a sound that compliments and adds something to the funniness of the YTMND. If the sound doesn't contribute anything to your site, what's the point of uploading it at YTMND? The sound is what makes YTMND unique.
