Dear Max,
We hope this note finds you well. Your Webby Awards entry YTMND.com in the Viral category, has moved on to the next round of Webby judging. For this stage, in addition to the URL and entry information you've already provided, we now need a 2:00-3:00 minute, high-quality version of your entry, highlighting the segments or portions of your work that you feel best represent the overall piece.
Along with your original URL and entry information, this reel will compliment your entry throughout the next phases of the judging process. Should your entry eventually be honored, this clip may be:
* Used to showcase your achievement to Webby Voice Voters and the public at large at Webbyawards.com.
* Aired live at The Webby Film & Video Awards in New York City in June 2007.
* Used to promote your achievement in broadcast, traditional and other forms of media.
-------------
Your task, should you choose to complete it, is to create a 2-3 minute high res video that highlights why YTMND is so awesome. Due to me only being notified about this today, we have until Wednesday. Try to upload a copy somewhere and email me at max@ytmnd.com.
If you make the best video your work will possibly be broadcast at the webbys and you will also receive a free print of every shirt I ever sell in the future.
EDIT: This video obviously needs to be work safe, and the goal here is to highlight YTMND's good side, not a fad compilation that no one outside of the site would understand. The goal here is to make something that other people can "get".

DEAR YTMNDZ: If ppl on the wiki are allowed to make jokes about users being dead, because they use the YTMND Vent or whatever, who cares, why can't someone simply CLARIFY the different movies Tarantino has made? I mean, are we allowing circlejerks only from Vent? What about other sources? Either take it seriously or make it for the lulzies, Heart, HeatherChandler, banned from YTMND wiki for making non-Vent jokes.
Well it's okay to "joke" that Jin, Inkdrinker and NeoMatrixGerogBusch are dead, but no other jokes are allowed. I just have a problem with hypocrisy... either edit those articles to reflect the truth, or allow the REAL story of Kill Bill to be told. Either all jokes are allowed or none. Srsly the mods are being dicks about it. That's all.
300 review = 3.75'd... It's like fourty five minutes of kick *ss CGI battle sequences, then really over polished filler. Last time I saw a movie like that was..Sin City. Comic book movies are not a good trend. Comic books are supposed to be over the top to leap off the page, but when movies try to do that, it becomes over-wrought in spectacle. Also the LOTR trilogy was one big drawn out lullaby. For good movies try Blade Runner, Angel Heart, Friday.
For instance, at 18:30:09 on 2006-03-12, you left your first comment on cactuschef.ytmnd.com. The comment was "i know it's old news, but it makes me laugh every time. such a crappy song." At least I think that was your first comment, it was the earliest I could find. There were 5 pages on Google for the search "gr33nscr33n 2006-03-12". I tried "gr33nscr33n 2006-03-11", but I couldn't visibly see if you left any comments on that day, so I'm assuming you didn't. Yeah, I have too much time on my hands!
I first looked at YTMND at the beginning of December 2005, right after I ditched dial-up. My friend sent me a link to a site called harrypotterwtf.ytmnd.com after I sent him my new e-mail address. Took me a few months to sign up and get an account. My friend never did sign up though. I told him he should, so he could go and upvote all my sites (lol), but I guess that would be cheating.
