Mee, since you're such an idiot you should leave whatever western country you're in now and go rant in Iran or Indonesia or something. See what they do. lol the irony of free speech - use it to dis people in your western country while rallying support for countries that would execute you for criticizing their govt or religion.

The guy in this audio is one of the rare few exceptions to the male populace. As has been noted, 99% of men will take sex over anything. They crave sex and even think about sex when they're not having sex. the 1% remaining actually have other things to do. And yet, while I support other men like that most of the time, this time I have to say he was a dumbass. Nobody in their right mind would pass up sex to do something like playing that PoS Counter-Strike.

There are a some reasons that I chose the song i did. The song i wanted to use was way to big to work and i couldnt find a smaller version. So I looked thought my audio files and thought of something that may fit and would not make a negative image. Then i found the song because it has to do with the sea....and sadly that is where Steve passed on.

I've learned all those things in Philosophy class. While you do bring up a good point, you still do not answer whether or not it's God. You can propose it was something with certain characterisitcs all you like, but that doesn't mean it's true. Although God may exist, it's possible he does not hold all of the characteristics you proposed. For example, he may be omnipotent (which would allow him to create the universe), but he may not be omniscient and/or omnibenevolent.

Just as newton's laws of gravity apply only in certain circumstances, such as here on earth and under only certain "non-extreme" conditions, so to do the laws of causality function in this way. So, we need to come up with something else to explain how it works in those extreme conditions, just as Einsteins theory of relativity would replace Newton's laws under certain circumstances.

Is god matter? Non-matter can not create matter. Unless you want to change your rules. If he was matter, he would not be the first clause. Similarily, he would have been crushed by the forces present at the first singularity of the universe.
On a different note, you have created a "First cause" for something that we do not yet understand. Examples come from earlier civilization. Early humans believed that Lightening was caused by god. It's fairly obvious that it's not. The idea is similar to that ofcreati

Also, the cosmological argument does not prove that God exists, as the term God carries with it a certain number of characteristics that, unless you are a follower of Spinoza, you would not do without. The first cause argument, if true (not likely), means that something caused the universe to come into existence. That's it. You have no reason to attribute omniscience or omnipotence or anything else to it, and doing so illogically would disrespect the logical conclusions that you attempted...

Also, how can you say that it was definitely a GOD that created the first cause- the effect of which was the universe's existance? God refers to something sentient and aware of what it is doing, doesn't it? Therefore, you suppose that in order to cause the universe something would have had to have actively planned its actions, which is not a logical next step but a total supposition. Does a mud slide plan to kill hundreds of people at the base of a mountain? God can't be proven now and likely never will be.

You get a plus 1 because you at least tried to use logic. You have proven to a reasonable extent that something that we do not understand created the universe, but you haven't proven what. Which do you think statistically would be more likely to be the cause of the universe: A being that somehow knows everything, yet manages to make mistakes, is full of contradictions, and has yet to give us any evidence of its existence, or f*cking anything else because choice one makes no sense.

This was a good try to blend science with religion but i see it as flawed. You use the law of causality to say that everything that comes to be has a sufficient prior cause. You then say that there was was a first cause (that started it all) but according to the law that is incorrect. God would have had to have something before him that would have caused him. You use a Scientific law then exempt what you call the first cause. doing so you just broke the law making this assumption impossible.

If you honestly believe steve irwin "had it coming", then you are a dumbsh*t. For the most part, deadly animals are only deadly to dumbasses who have no idea to handle these animals. For god's sake, automobiles kill more people worldwide every year than deadly animals do. And most of us here are in a car everyday. Why? Because we take precautions to protect us, even in the face of something that could very well be considered deadly. He did the same. If there was ever a d oubt about the safety of Steve OR the animal, the shoot would simply not be done. Steve was never reckless with his job, and took it very seriously.

Hats off for you. You are honest, not flaming anybody and really, really smart and wise. Sounds like you were guided by the Holy Spirit or something! :D
After some time, I realised that people that say "God doesn't exist" are ignorant people. They don't understand that atheism is a belief. They canno't prove the unexistance of God.
Anyways, you have brought a lot of good with this thing, believe me. Even if some didn't start thinking on this matter after this, when they will, they will remember this.
And people who won't, know that God is out there and are afraid of that. That makes them to fight against that.
I would also like to say that there will be always people that won't like what you are doing. But don't stop. You make a difference. A good one!

Okay Whetstone. I'll bite. I'm not against this, but I have a question i'd really like on your site. You say that the debate about Square Circles is that it was in God's idea not to have square circles so if he were to make them he'd be imperfect. Right? Well, is this to say that his idea for the world was perfect? I mean, he made the world perrfect right since he is indeed also perfect? So why is their hate, murder, racism, war, disease, crime, death, pain? I mean, I'm sure that sounds cliche, but i'm serious..The world is far from perfect, why? Why would god make this? And don't tell me that it was us, because A: Most diseases aren't man made and B: If you believe in Predetermination and all of that jazz, he'd have to know we would do something wrong.
