im getting this exact error every time i try logging into steam, it says my account doesnt exist, and it doesnt allow you to make another one wtf?

With a little thought, I can see how this can be a pretty confusing topic right there, on the spot, with the pressure of a waiting customer. Technically, you should be right, Pilcrow. It's a small error that can go a long way. It's unacceptable that these telemarketers didn't already know the answer but understandable as normal human beings.

Up until a few months ago I used verizon DSL and were very happy with them. Until, that is, they said to me, "debit cards" are not allowed for payment. So I called them up and spoke to a rep and told them that's how I was paying for three years and she said, "well that must have been an error". An error three years in the running? F*cking morons. Meanwhile they are accepting debit payments if you pay the full year. Screw them. I dropped them and am using Wifi for free access now.

Oh I didn't care about the stars Grizz just wanted you to know that the image is actually from the Linksys Router. =P I had problems with Linksys once Ian then I switched to Netgear, no problems there, then I switched back to Linksys for wireless and get a few errors here and there.
