I agree, Max, that bitcoin is still questionable as a currency alternative. This is even after people who I respect have advocated the use of it.<br /><br />However, I think I will stick to normal paypal and other ways of payment.<br /><br />Anyway, I want to know how much money can we raise in order to keep this site open at least 2 to 3 more months. If you feel uncomfortable, you can just tell me in private message.<br /><br />Any money that comes from me will come directly via paypal or the other usual kinds of payment (based on your preference).<br /><br />I was thinking it would be a good idea if I were to set up one of those thermometer fundraiser graphics that churches and political campaigns sometimes use. [Obviously] I made up all the statistics. I chose to show moon man, nisa, and milkhuman as the bloat of reoccurring sites on ytmnd [as well as the absence of the sites creator]. I wasn't really expecting other users reactions to my depiction. Honestly, without implying any negative connotation, I wanted to relate these sites to spam, lingering specters ever-present in my internet experience . For the record, I don't usually vote on music channel sites [being an audiophile is part of the reason I return to ytmnd] and I enjoy some of the things users have to say utilizing text to speech.

temporaryarm, you make a great point here.<br /><br />I'm dead serious.<br /><br /><br />People wouldn't want to here the same joke over and over and over.....That is why I like to change things up- I do use running jokes I created myself, but I always incorporate new things (Well- usually, I'd be lying if I said that some of my Moon Man sites were similar to some others I made- not all of them though, only a few). <br /><br /><br />It's nice to finally hear you giving some coherent criticism, I admire that.
