I seem to remember something about sandwich choices, and I know we had salad choices. We would have to take red laminated strips of paper if we wanted taco salad and green if we wanted chef salad. There was yellow too, but I can't remember what that was for (possibly PB&J). 3rd grade was definitely my favorite year (1997-98) and this site seemed to hit everything right on the money. Everyone was drawing the S that year and I hated it, until someone finally showed me how to draw it. I don't remember anything about the cube though. We also had "lunch tiles" with our names on them, which we placed under our desired lunch. And we also had all those stupid little tasks to do (moving the name tiles after lunch was one of them). I'm not exaggerating when I say that I was the smartest in my class that year. I would always compete with this other dude in everything and I usually came out on top (getting the most stars for completing the most math exercises, other shit). I was the overachiever back then. Next on Fox and Friends: "PICS OR IT DIDN'T HAPPEN"<br /><br />I don't want to be the Debbie Downer of the situation, but to me killing OBL looks like another tiny piece of an almost forgotten puzzle started so long ago. I was 14 when I saw the news of that terrible act and I was a stupid ignorant about everything. In 10 years I got informed and I also started to have an opinion, which is still quite immature, but at least I have something to think about. I believe terrorists are driven by interests, so it seems plausible and logically easy to neutralize them, not because of what they aspire to but because of the way they want to achieve their goal. But terrorism... terrorism is a concept. How do you make a war on terrorism? It's like making a war on love! How do you make a war on something that you can barely describe? Of course it's easy to describe it as an act. But terrorism goes beyond the act, for some it's a way of life, a philosophy, that's what scares me the most. I think there should be something more than killing terrorists, they can be replaced in no time. The problem is, I still don't know what is missing. Maybe there's nothing missing and this game of capturing/killing is the only solution to the problem. Maybe the problem is not even what we commonly think it is. Maybe, but that's a little far-fetched, there's no problem at all.

Well, the funny URL's are one thing but there is some idiot that keeps doing it with cj.com [ like here for example http://ytmnd.com/sites/957011/profile ]. I don't know if they think they are getting some SEO benefit from it or what but they most certainly are not linking to sites. They are an advertisement company, but I doubt that anyone on YTMND is paying them to advertise their stupid web sites.

I'm flaky. When people compare me to fictional characters, Phoebe on Friends has come up more than once. There is an episode where, in the course<meta name="robots" content="noindex, noarchive, nofollow, NOYDIR">of an argument, Phoebe points out the faults of Monica and Rachel and they fire back, calling her flaky. Her response? "That's true. I am flaky." Completely comfortable with herself, she doesn't even find it an insult. Ever since I first saw that episode, I've been actively working to embrace the flaky within me. My friend Bethany even painted me this mug (in which I now drink my daily coffee As a flaky person, I say stupid stuff, forget things too often and -- most embarassing for some reason -- miss freeway exits on a weekly basis. And my heart sinks with self-hatred deep into my stomach each time I realize I've driven too far. If a friend told me she responded this way to something as silly as missing a freeway exit, I'd be horrified. Why is it OK for us to lift up our friends but continually abuse ourselves? So lately, I've started treating myself the way I should. I laugh it off. I lovingly joke to myself, "There I go again!" And then I give myself a big loving hug (not literally -- I mean I keep my hands on the steering wheel). And you know what? I think I've embraced the flaky.<br />I admire eccentric people. I love their quirks. I am able to laugh with them and love them even more because of these things. And, you know? I kind of love that I miss freeway exits now. I know this is a lot more safe, but all of you guys involved in these embarrassing spats should seriously go find a real fight now and get it all out of your system. <br />I'm sure its hard to look someone in the eye and pick fights with random strangers like you are prone to do on YTMND, but I promise you, it is a lot more rewarding. And most of all, you'll learn important life lessons about how stupid people look when they try to bottle up their nerd rage for use in online forums.<br />Usually stunted people who are older who are scared of their own shadow need to start out with something easier (Here I'm addressing you guys personally); like children, animals, minorities or general misfits. But once you've worked your way up, its important to leave that transitional phase and find like-minded people to pick fights with.<br />I sincerely believe that if you follow these steps, you will be a better person. I live in Kansas and I have many cop friends who keep telling me more and more stories about how fringed right wing people are becoming more and more violent with any kind of person working for local and federal governments. The facts aren't all in on the shooter in Arizona so I don't so not many know the true motivation there. However, I dislike ambitious politicians who sink to lowest level and use borderline violent rhetoric to motivate hot heads. I hate knowing the stupid plain truth that when Obama is no longer president that the tea party groups and the violent knuckleheads will disappear overnight. I grew up seeing people behaving badly under Clinton because well placed demagogues in the media funnel their misplaced rage to garner the support from angry voters.

This is stupid, lame, and not funny. But 2 for the effort.

I used to make sites on an old account back in 2006. I either forgot the password or my account was deleted. maybe I'm not even remembering the user name correctly, it has a bunch of numbers in it. Anyway, I can't find the account so I've marked it as gone. Plus, my old account sucked and I had no image editing skills back then. I only have them now because my partner and I joined a small, private server through my work (I don't know the proper name for it, I'm technology-stupid) where we upload and edit each others' video files. I've had some free time so I started making some Señor Data sites because I haven't seen a ytmnd fad in a long time and I just happened to have made this account a few weeks before it started. <br /><br />But then a bunch of people started emailing me, some asking if I am the alt of whatever user, some accusing me of being other users, telling me they will vote 1 on any site I make. they also reference things I do not understand at all. This news post has almost 800 replies worth of fighting and name calling, especially between the all of the users I was accused of being, which is weird. To be honest, it made me feel pretty uncomfortable. It all seems pretty hostile.

I see there's still a lot of debate and the users still feel the urge to express their feelings and discuss about serious issues related to this website and the community. I think it's time for me to say something too.<br />Most of you blame the decline to the quality of the sites. That's true. That's true when the sites are [b]not[/b] the reflection of what the users feel about a show, a celebrity, a cartoon. I've always said that noise sites are annoying to the point of scaring everyone. That's trolling. I know that, because this very same reason pushed me away from this site in 2006. YES! the same year I officially joined this site! I was much more happy when dickcream was online, because that was stuff worth watching. You also complain about the downvoting practice, which is unfair to say at least. That's trolling. You also complain about stupid fads (including the racist ones.) That becomes trolling when the entire platform becomes full of them and practically useless. That rings a bell, doesn't it?<br /><br />I won't express my personal reasons about the decline of this website. As you can see I just made a mostly objective list of some things that are happening on this site. If you guys are really good at looking for stuff, you maybe will find a comment I made some time ago about how this site is unmoderated: you do the math. But there's something I still need to say: blaming it on a programmer seems a little convenient to me. You can complain about a centralized management of this site, but unless you don't know how much work and hours and money you have to spend in front of a computer just to make a bunch of fat asses satisfied, you shouldn't even mention who codes this website. <br /><br />You also know that by voting you have a responsibility to be reasonable and make this website healthy. Okay, let me break this down.<br /><br />Many of my older sites were more "mainstream"; nowadays I have 3 types of sites; <br /><br />1. Spastic (admittedly MurdarMachene inspired) direct rips, sometimes with edits.<br /><br />2. Artfag weird shit.<br /><br />3. Stuff meant to be scary (2 and 3 tend to blur).<br /><br />By the time I got fairly good at editing was around the time when I began to realize the stupidity of mainstream YTMND humor (around the time I joined the now-defunct FPA).<br /><br />I went through the Forgot Poland Army phase and I'm not ashamed of it, but it's old now so I'm not going to beat a dead horse. We don't want it to achieve Joke Death.<br /><br />I could probably make a decent high quality mainstream YTMND site, but I won't. Why? Because I won't find it fucking funny. My style is alternative, sometimes minimalistic. Regardless if you hate or like my sites I have my own unique style in many ways.<br /><br />I'd rather make shit that I and the people who understand my/our humor (our referring to MurdarMachene) than make a site that appeals to mainstream frontpage fags.<br /><br />And finally: You can spend years and years making a giant pile of shit. You could have put all blood, sweat and tears into said pile of shit.<br /><br />But it's still a pile of shit.
