Oingo Boingo song mentions being struck by lightning, and so I remembered Ernest Goes To Jail, where hes struck by lightning and uses lightning powers briefly. I happened to like this idea of putting the two together for a site, and so I did. Also the title to this ytmnd isn't a dew army thing. I was just replacing Ernest's name with a lyric in the song because I thought it sounded like a good title. But I guess all it did was confuse you.
