OK, fine, but a song like this is too fast paced and upbeat for me to consider it as something someone would get stoned to. I have no problem with the song in and of itself or even Green Day for that matter. For me, I tend to associate really weird and trippy songs for that kind of activity, or maybe if there is a lot of droning, cosmic themes, spiritual themes, doom, darkness, demons, etc. A lot of 1970s and some 1960s type stuff comes to my mind.<br /><br />Specifically, I think of bands like Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Sabbath, even grateful dead. Or if you are not into classic rock, there is a newer sub-genre called "Stoner Rock".<br /><br />For me, slower hip hop also works, like with Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa. I think certain varieties of drone, ambient and trance work too.
