The cartoons were generally asian-animated low quality crud. The games were simple because there wasn't enough drive space to make them complicated. When graphics advanced to a point where "violence" could be depicted, the developers made violent games. Mortal Kombat came out in 1992, I remember when it the game's violence was a featured story in Newsweek.<br /><br />I think the late 80's and 90's were a good time to be a kid because that era would seem to be the little fun period between international communism coming to a close and the darkness of 9/11. For the older gen-x types it was ironic and boring, but for kids I remember it seeming to be optimistic.

This site is awesome because it reminds me of when MK first came out in theaters and I watched it all the time. There was this one kid who I was enemies with came to watch it one time when I was at the movies, too. After the movie, we all walked out of the theater and there was that kid, trying to copy the moves he saw in Mortal Kombat with his friends. I screamed out "MORTAL FAGGOT!" at him, and some girl beside me was like, "Mortal Faggot, what?" True story, which is why it's pointless and boring, but now sounds cool because of PSA Guy.

The drunkest I ever got caused me to record a 15 minute video of myself playing Mortal Kombat II and throw up on myself, the floor, and the garbage can, which was crammed full. I felt bad for the Red Baron pizza box that got the brunt of it throughout the night as I leaned over the side of my bed several times to heave the remaining leftover bile onto it. The next day wasn't a whole lot of fun, as it included yet another fire alarm incident just minutes after I threw up for the last time, which more or less trashed a completely empty monstrous trash bag that I stole from the janitor's trash room. I feared that I was gonna lose it again in front of all the people as we filed outside. But there was nothing left in me. I haven't had a glass of Sunny D in three years. <br /><br />I think lickitwellhiem is more likely to get drunk and jerk off to something furry.
