wanna know the REAL reason he wont give a draft?
its not because he cares. don't fool yourself into thinking he does.
the REAL reason he doesn't want to have a draft is because then the american people would have to actually sacrifice somthing twoards this war as a whole.
and if bush had to make the american people sacrifice, in any way or form (tax, rationing, draft, etc) there goes the last of bush's approval :P and if that happens, the american people WOULD rise up and it would be a big mess.
I found the original draft of the "National Guard" recruiting song. It actually has some unstated yet assumed parts to it, like a silent letter in a word. "In the Army National Guard, you can (enforce America's imperialistic dogma by invading other nations even though you're supposed to be defending our homeland)!"
