A few things that will help make this funnier for you folks. The guy yelling is a guildleader (Romanian/Finnish) leading the raids you see here on ytmnd. He is speaking to the raid, not just recording some dude yelling. Also, the reason they bust out laughing is because the guy he went off on went apesh*t, screamed in /raid chat and quit the guild. (Hence "retard free")
