my childhood years (2-10) was all NES, SNES, and Genesis. I loved playstation and n64, too. After that consoles got too much into money and crap games, although I do like many ps2 games, and the only reason xbox is good is cuz it has halo. 5.

"I'll go one further...why are they outselling the Gamecube 2 to 1 in the US?" Aside from DVD playback: MS owns bungee so FPS goes to XBox owners, and Square is working with Sony so you get RPGs and Jap stuff on PS3. Nintendo doesn't have the funds to compete as they've only stuck with gaming and not software/home entertainment.

True: I miss the days when the SNES was king because EVERY GAME was good since none of it had really been done before (Ahhh Super Metroid..). But now PCs have all of those classics and then some so that's where my vote goes.
