regardless of whether the star is in a circle or not, this doesnt necessarily involve satan. it most likely is a pagan sign connected with "sacred geometry" which is more of a good luck charm than anything else. alot of cities have streets like this.

Dumbass, thats how the city was designed, I am a resident of DC and if you go in the capitol building, in the center is a star shaped the same way that is meant to represent the center of DC, Its a Star, not a pentagram, however, the city no longer looks like a star nor is the capitol building in the middle due to growth.

There is actually much more to this symbol than what many people think. Conditioning by the Church has created a negative view of the pentagram. In past times, it was actually a sign of goodwill and health. The likely reason it exists in Washington, is because many of our government leaders are part of a fraternity that revolves around symbology.
