Figment of Bosch Feasts on Connery!
Created on: May 26th, 2006
Sean Connery is judged harshly by a manifestation of Hieronymus Bosch. If you are unfamiliar with this inventive archetypal character, view a copy of Bosch's original visionary triptych available here: www.rhiscarts.com/oddity/misc/ytmnd/boschtriptych.jpg

SirLemming nailed it. I'm compelled to 5 this if for no other reason than the polish... and, you'll get your fair share of meaningless 5s and praise from the nameless, bland, thousands that will hit this site and find it visually satiating. But, at it's core, this is a collage of the senseless and absurd. Not abstract. Weird for the sake of weirdness.
ROY4L, in all fairness, your obvious talent and artful vision become brutally evident with each YTMND you create. So it is, perhaps, unfair that some approach each one of your new sites with a prejudice that has some inventing potential flaws to indicate or objections to raise. No one can debate your skill.
The source image is called "The garden of earthly delights." Jesus with adam and eve can be seen on the left side where creation is depicted. The middle is humankind using (or misusing, some would say) the world they've been given. general promiscuity is seen. The artist was a chemistry fan, thus the usage of glassware shapes in the background.
The right hand side shows the suffering of mankind for their sins. The musical instruments are said to express disharmony. Good job ROY4L on making a little peice of the action. You had the middle image represented with peppers, and the right image represented with connery. All we need now is a winking jesus for the left :P
Now, I have to admit I'm quite surprised. Something artful and interesting strikes YTMND in a very strange and magnificent way. Thankfully it's rated high and viewed often..but I can't help with agreeing with others in the fact that I honestly don't know what to rate this...Rate's don't bring it justice.
