how do i upload the file, becuase when i do, it doesnt play. no, its not synched. i think i have the wrong file or something. all i need is the file name, and what to do with it.

Only Wav and MP3 remember I dont know.. in the Create site page the Audio upload should be where the sound goes To get it in synched you might use the new preloader option
