There's a limitation to the freedom of speech, commonly referred to as "Yelling Fire in a Crowded Theater." It means that Freedom of Speech has limits. You walk a very fine line with your arguement. shudmeyer: I did not exactly spearhead an attack, but rather was host to articles that other people wrote about how to perform ping attacks. In all, pretty pathetic. The majority of it was concerned with actually inciting legal action against ebaumsworld, such as writing emails to their advertisers in the hope that they would recognize ebuamsworld's said douchebaggery and withdraw their sponsorship. Nothing actually happened though. Like I said, the entire effort was fairly pathetic and without effect.

Aside from everyone saying that its BS, if we assume it is true and you set up a forum to "bring down" Ebaumsworld or whatever, it is potentially illegal as libel. Any untrue (and in many cases true) written words that result in the loss of money or other defamation is illegal. Most Western countries have laws against libel. "Freedom of speech" only goes so far. It doesn't protect a person's right to slander or libel. Even if eBaum is a big c*ck thief.
