I think the third "paragraph" actually goes something like this: "Instead of offering the idea as a promotion of some kind--we might have (gone) along with that--you have violated international copyright laws (by)using images of our sites and are at risk of having your server shut down." I don't think "You have violated" should be the start of a new sentence. ANYWHOOO, 5!!!
making fun of these guys is good, but really this is too easy a target. doing the grading all over it I think is a little excessive, the image kinda speaks for itself. The music doesn't add anything. I like the effort on the text but it's superfluous. the title is fine but doesn't add much. Funny image, so-so ytmnd.
Yeah I gotta say, that "Support Free Speech" thing on his sig really bugs the hell out of me. Saying you defend free speech just to keep your porn site online is one thing, recognizing the difference between copyright infringement and fair use in a site like YTMND is quite another. I hate people who take up or defend good causes for bad ends. It's exactly the same as Scientology speaking out for religious freedom to prevent being shut down as a multi-billion dollar predatory cult. Sorry for the rant ;)
