My guess is that was from JTL beta, an element or bug that was taken out before it was released. Notice the XP bar saying "Expert Carbine Assault Tactics" - Its Pre-CU. Furthermore the text has the person claiming that he got bugged. And really its fully posssible, because space is just another "instance map" such as Tatooine and all the other planets are.
