A couple of innocent kids on tricycles; a clown riding a Penny Farthing; a family of 5 men humming along on a tandem bike; and finally, a lone minin*gg*, being relentless chased by a child screaming “n*gg* stole my bike!”.

This gets 5 for many reasons.
However, I must say that this is legendary, minus one thing.
In my opinion, you could coat this lengendaryness in gold by doing one thing. If you splice in little mac chasing doc at the very end, that would thus make it gold plated legendary. I would do that myself, but It'd get a one, or a bunch of zeros guaranteed, as I would be stepping on the toes of greatness.
