Agreed (and thanks for the 4)... I've been noticing the same, and I've only been a member since like January. I don't typically downvote (considering my own sites aren't too amazing) unless the site is REALLY sh*tty or has nonsensical inside-joke BS. If I see a site I like, I give it a 4 or a 5, otherwise I just move on... FOR NOW >:D
