That is a stencil, not screenprinting. It helps (a LOT) if you use heavy paper (like bristol board) or acetate to cut the stencil. Just paste your computer printout onto the heavier stock, then cut. Use a spray adhesive to stick the stencil to the shirt, and use a stencil brush to apply the paint. Thus you can make a shirt with NO smudges or mistakes!

Good job, and congrats on your wedding. No way I can show up there, not to mention you you wouldn't know me and if you're inviting most ytmnders, there's gonna be too many strangers anyways. I also have a suggestion (I dont know if it works), but why not cut out the letters in very, very thin cardboard? It's less smear, but basically the same effect, right?

It's funny all the people saying your fiance is cute when all they get to see is her chest... Hey man, I live in Austin, & if yr wedding is in the middle of September (I have another wedding & band commitments @ the beginning and end of September) I'd be down for stopping by yr wedding... Keep in touch, I like your work.
P.S. Does printers ink REALLY hold up that well, cause I have OLD shirts I did with spray paint stencils (Social D style) that seem to hold together better than most screen printed stuff
