PTKFGS: Rejected Sonic the Hedgehog Zone #786

May not fare very well as I can see from other "Rejected Sonic Zones" but I still had fun anyway. This is PTKFGS because it's based on the YTMNDs of "Rejected Megaman boss" Also the #786 has a meaning. See if you can find what it is ;)
