there's more than one reason to use a flash preloader. Not sure why DZK would want this, but it keeps you from getting the song by just saving the website, not that this stops you or anything, also it helps ensure that the full effect of the joke is felt at the same time, instead of seeing the image and going "lol I wundir whut sng?"
