Dabest clearly has an awesome grasp of the way MySpace works, considering he(she?) assumed that MySpace PMs are in fact emails. It's also clear that, since the PMs are from the MySpace technical group, it's a joke suggesting they would forward it onto him. He still has a profile, even if he doesn't own MySpace.
