LOL... of course using a permanent test site uses some resource, but not as much as submitting all sites as a "live test" then scrambling to edit them while people are viewing something and voting on something that might need fixing.
This idea, of course, is aided if people would stop VIEWING and VOTING on test sites.
And, of course, a preview function would solve the whole thing.
