You're confusing the words of one man for the beliefs of the group. It's a common logical fallacy that leads to rash behavior. PETA in general is very supportive of Steve Irwin. What you're doing here is fueling the flames of hate with inaccurate information. This is how racism and opression thrive. I hope you're proud of yourself.
call it training, call it learning, but it is in no way shape or form connected at all with the sort of learning humans do. it's primitive and people just love their dogs and cats because pets don't people how f*cking gay they are. But then again, too much intelligence is a bad thing. We are caught between the points "make a utopia with intelligence" "Live a stone age life forever". Nevermind a dedicated conservationist that did more for the environment than those *ssh*l*es. This boils my f*cking blood. Was it really any surprise that Steve Irwin died while doing a documentary? That's like saying you're surprise Dale Earnhardt died while racing NASCAR. It's a dangerous job and an accepted risk, but at least you die doing something you love. Even when PETA's trying to be insulting they come off as a buncha retards. And it's kinda ironic that they called Steve Irwin out, since they're ones who are terrorists.

FACT: most hunters, the kind that are obsessive about hunting, are lovers of the wilderness and conform to intense hunting regulations to ensure the well-being of the environment they hunt in. For a hunter, the ultimate trophy shot is one that puts the animal down in one, painless shot. They are also, like Steve Irwin, environmental conservationists.
I have said this before, but it needs to be repeated: PETA care about the rights of every animal EXCEPT humans, who are fair game to be terrorized.

lol, I hate PETA with a passion. They're naive; they're ignorant; they can't see past their ideals that don't exactly work out in what we call the "real world;" they give liberals a bad name; they support what, in a realistic sense, are terrorists and terrorist organizations; they convert naive teens with flying slogans and celebs who have no idea what they're actually doing; and now they have insulted a man who truly was a dedicated conservationist, AFTER he died, in the most cowardly fashion possible. The fact remains, Steve probably did more to preserve wildlife than anytthing PETA has done (hell, even hunters do more for the wildlife). But PETA can't see that. They are judging him based on his methods which by the way are NOT harmful to the animals
lol, another reason I hate PETA is because they value animal lives more than their own. They can't comprehend that most animals don't have the capacity for feelings or emotions (especially the chickens they fought so hard with KFC to protect, with all due respect). They are priveleged, ignorant people who have no idea what suffering or evil truly is, and they have serious issues regarding the "moral" justification for their actions. They obviously have never heard of the food chain, and the fact that animals eat other animals EVERY DAY, and it's important to the ecosystem for animals to do that. I think that's about it.
However, in order to make a stand, YTMND has to be a force to contend with, not just a bunch of kids being a nuisance on a forum. We have to be organized, prepared and have the proper backing and resources for a war. Sorry to say it, but we just can't handle anything more than a raid right now, if that. That is why I will not be participating. You can go ahead and have your fun, but I'll be loading my e-rifle for another day. . . .
Never mind that he never actually harmed any of the animals, rather saved the lives of hundreds! Apparently relocating a croc so that it need not be euthinised dosn't make up for the fact he disturbed the animal from sunbathing. *coughs* Some people don't seem to realize that Steve was an experienced animal handler that deeply cared about conservation, rather than just some drunken jackass harrassing snakes.
