Not entirely sure what the deal with the sync is. It's perfect in firefox on my machine. IE won't show me any ytmnds at all, and I'm not really sure why, so it's hard to test there for me. :/ In other news, why aren't all of you using firefox? :P

delete every other two frames (e.g. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) -> delete frames 2 + 3, 5 + 6, 8 + 9), set delay to 0.1 for all frames, should sync then and be the same speed in both IE and Firefox

The ytmnd syncs for me, but only for the first run through. The Reading Rainbow sound extends out past the .gif. So two ways to fix it. 1) Start the RR sound earlier, or 2) make the .gif longer (pause it as he holds up his fist).

Working on the sync now. I wasn't aware I could convert FPS down in virtualdub, so that made things easier that trying to just take out frames. This probably wouldn't be such a mess if I had known prior that IE can't see frames less than .1 seconds properly :P

I should note that the gif in ImageReady is 6.4 seconds long, which is the exact length of the mp3 (no rounding up/down on these numbers) which is why I'm not sure why firefox isn't liking it now.
