the loop would work a LOT better if you would cut it JUST before he starts to turn and run off. That way it will look like he's running back and forth between the baby and the nuns infinitely. The way you have it now is a sort of broken loop.

"Did bombs really used to look like that? LOL" actually early grenades looked pretty much like that. The word grenade (granate!) comes from 'Pomegranate', because they we're shaped like pomegrantes. When they're as big as the one batman has there, it's just comical exaderation.

I first saw the 60s Batman on repeats when I was about 3 or 4, and I always disliked it...thought it was so terribly corny, like they had no clue about how to make a show. Many years later, I saw the movie...and this, the bomb scene, was the point where it all finally clicked in my young brain that they were making it campy and corny and cliched as hell on purpose. I'd finally gotten the joke. "Some days you just can't get rid of a bomb!"...classic, and thanks for the memories with this one ;)
