No statue, I work there with Uncle Henry, theres no statue in the middle of the path and if it was a static object like that, no matter what your shutter speed it would look normal.

Diffraction of light from the lamp post, off an object and onto the fog. Not a ghost. Seen this a million times.

I thought the way the lights lit up the fog looked eerie in itself (and being in a photography class, I need to take interesting images all the time). The scene caught my interest, which is why I took the shot.

Pretty cool, but -1 for thinking that the 666 thing had anything to do with it, and because I have a better picture of a ghost from the whaley house in san diego. might not be a double exposure, but it's definitely a long one - you can tell from the effect of the lights. Also possible: you're backlit, casting a shadow on the fog!
