I'm pretty sure the only reason that the second measure is in 5/4 is because the song was clipped incorrectly, adding one extra beat into the measure.

Cwitzs: Yep, I purposely transposed the bad cut of the original sound clip; the song is written entirely in 4, but it was cut with an extra beat to get the word "stop" in, so I wrote in a bar of 5. Thanks!

Oh, I see. I think in the song, the "stop" becomes the 1 of the next measure.
