I believe the total views of all time were reset when the new remodel was rolled out. That would mean HTPAT still has a bit longer to catch up to Blue Balls. Only thing we can do is let more people flock to YTMND.

Very well done, but you forgot how Google works. When you search a phrase, it looks at all the websites that even have "How To Prank a Telemarketer" on the page. It could be someone's Xanga saying "DUD OMFG I SW TIS OEN YTNDM TODAY IT WAS CALED How To Prank a Telemarketer". So the estimated 20,500 sites that are pulling in views aren't pulling in views at all.

although i totally agreee with you guys that it isnt funny, look at the bigger picture, 100000 views a day (if it truly is) means 100000 possible new donators daily to ytmnd, granted most of them wont like it enough to donate but even it a measly.00001% decide to donate that would be one new donator every day, now i know that even this is a fairly unreal possibility but still, the fact remains that 100000 views a day means 100000 possible new donators every day.

"How to Prank a Telemarketer" may be hated because the author didn't put any work into it, but how does that make it different from any of the other top-five-viewed ytmnd's of all time? Earthbounder posted a GIF from SomethingAwful and added Pee Wee's Big Adventure music, Fendraki took an already existing song and added some images of EMO kids, and Sh*ttyMcSh*t took DarkMateria's Picard song and added a common image of Picard (so common it's in Weird Al's White and Nerdy Video). Sphonix was the first to post the sound file from "How to prank a telemarketer", and Earthbounded was the first to post the GIF of the Blue Ball Machine.
