Never heard of Machinae Supremacy, but it's not like I thought I was the only one to think of the Matrix during this scene. I kind of assumed everyone had Agent Smith flashbacks. That's what the joke was about- the way Hugo Weaving basically played these two very diferent characters in nearly the exact same way.
