I went looking for the football, I knew that lucy dame wouldn't be much help so I sought the help of my informant. I brought up the football over a root beer at Peppermint Patties' bar, Schroeder the pianist played some familiar jazz melody. My informant as usual wasn't talking, not that he ever did as beagles aren't big on such conversations, he instead lead me off and into the city, where sounds of "whap whap whap" echoed. ...
