meh... When you're using somebodies copyright to make money (Max hosts user-submitted Sega pictures and takes in Ad revenue), it falls outside of "freedom of speech" and into "fair use." This is also just a lame YTMND.

Y'know... I posted DZK's retaliation on Sega of America's forum... they banned me ^_^ And I never did get the information I needed to fix the "camera constantly rotates" glitch in PC version of Sonic Heroes. You think these *ssh*les could take a joke. YTMND is like Eminem or Wierd Al... if they mention you, consider it a sign of your celebrity. And how does YTMND decrease sales of Sonic products? Civil matters have nothing to do with the constitution, slavery IS legal as long as there is a contract involved. Sega has done enough character assassination by not having Jaleel White reprise his role as sonic throughout the series and by introducing so many stupid new characters and female characters that are only good for hentai porn from Japan...
