Wow, that's bad. I've never voted 1 for something before, but just... wow. It's called meter. 4 quarter notes per measure. I mean, the beat loops about as predictably as you can get, but still you're all over the place with random flow. Emphasis on the most random part of the phrase, tucked incorrectly between natural sync with the beat really makes this sound awkward. There's no discernable formula to the way you're throwing out lyrics.
